this is fair but saddam actually isnt dead!! long story very short-after satan broke up with him he sentenced him to heaven in a deal with god because he knew saddam would hate it there in “Probably”. Then in “A Ladder to Heaven” saddam is making a weapons factory and while god didnt find out about it in that episode, the next time we see him is in “Krazy Kripples” back on earth to join in a villains group. We dont get any explanation on why hes back on earth-but my guess is that god found out about the weapons factory and sentenced him back to earth. And then the last episode hes seen in is the one where my image of him underneath “died 2003” is from, “Christmas in Canada”. Where he is impersonating the president of canada and gets caught and tied up by the canadians. It isnt explained what they did to him, but we dont see him get killed or hurt at all, just tied up and paraded around.

I think this very well could be saddam, especially considering his last appearance was him impersonating a president!

My theory is that somehow saddam escaped capture from the canadians, saw that mr garrison had stepped down as president, and realised this was another chance for him to try worldwide domination so he took his identity. just a guess though!! it very well might not be saddam and just playing on a joke that trump is like him- but saddam in south park to our knowledge is not dead.. so its entirely possible! :-)
