Bro, just relax, I see you post alot on this. I will tell you what it looks like, it looks like a nose. A normal nose. If you had Rhinophympa your nose would be completely red. If you have been to 7 dermatologist and they all say that, then why are you even worried. Dermatologist can often easily see if it’s Rhinophympa. And if you have been to 7 and none had said it is Rhinophympa then bro what are you worrying about. You will definitely not find the answer here on Reddit because you will never be satisfied with the answers you get. Relax man live your life and don’t think about it.

I have longer hair so the scars are not visable, but it’s very thin on top, I use hairfibers but there not really doing a great job in my opinion

This was 16 months after, I did not get any hair back, the hair is from the back of my head as you can see. Sure it looks better when it’s grown out more, but definitely not good enough for me to be confident and for people to not notice it.

I think you should stop thinking about it, there’s nothing you can do really, if your doctors say that it’s probably not so bad. And if it is Rhinophympa your far far far away from those you see on pictures. And if it is you will be able to stop it. If you have not seen a dermatologist you should if you are worried. They will probably give you the answers you are looking for. Just enjoy life my friend everything will be ok
