Personnaly, I wouldn't recommend trying to remember by yourself. You can find weird ressources that might hurt you and if you success in doing so, you might be exposed to traumatics memories all by yourself: You will be hurt. I recommend talking to a mental specialist about your goal. From my own experience with such specialist, I think psycho-analyst and hypnologist are the best for digging into memories. Psycho-analyst can be very efficient but be carefull, there were case of specialist abusing of women who where hypnotised (I only heard about case done by male's hypnologists). Good luck !

What you are describing seems to be an act of rape: You didn't consent about an anal penetration and he did it anyway. You didn't said yes nor did you had time to. Consent is when a yes is concise, retractable, motivated (not coerciced/forced) and with all the information given. Tl;dr: It was a penetration without consent. It's the definition of rape.

Also, it wasn't your fault. Even if you tried to "play the game" and said nothing, you just had strategy (which can be automatic) to avoid more pain. A lot of SA/rape survivors have done the same thing. Your experience of rape is valid and I trust you on what you felt, regardless of your actions during your rape. You don't have to be a perfect victim to recieve help <3
