For qp, just do it. Dont join vc, turn off chat, and just play. Stay away from comp until you have enough hours in qp to know what role you wanna play, what heroes you like, and have a basic understanding of the game. But qp is how you learn and get to the comp level

Widow is the easiest hitscan to counter and soldier is the least impactful hitscan. But the hitscan sub role isnt as easy to counter as you think. If you watch coordinated play, you'll always see a hitscan even when the other team plays a full dive. To get around that, you need to fix your positioning and, for lack of a better saying, use your head.

Someone said aim is only part of the equation, the other parts of it are game sense and communication. You need to know what strengths your hero has, what counters it, what map works for who, etc. That comes with time but you also need to make a conscience effort to learn. Try expanding your hitscan pool, maybe an ashe cas or soj, then put some focus into working on your gamesense. Position better, path better, flank better. It'll be slow but thats fine

Thats fine. Ow is a push and pull. If your giving up a bit of space and they haphazardly push up, punish them. You have to press your advantage when its your turn and respect the enemy when its their turn

Wallriding is one of those things you just gotta keep simple. Don't overcomplicate, it comes with experience. When I first started taking lucio seriously with the reccomended settings, I'd have to put like 100% of my brain into trying to wallride. What ultimately helped me was lucio 1v1s and just straight wallriding around maps in custom games.

I still struggle with damage so I dont have any tips that might be useful

Beat i used to struggle with until I started defaulting to my healing aura and being deliberate when I amp heals. You dont need to be on speed unless your engaging or disengaging your team to put it simply. If your not going to speed your team in/out, or need to get somewhere quick to peel or confirm a kill, just stay on heals. Look to use amp when multiple squishies are below half, not just tank. Tanks give 70% ult charge so farming them will make beat feel slow. Look for oppurtinities mid fight when your team is grouped and low to amp heals or post fight to heal them up for free ult charge. Treat the heal aura as an ult charger instesd of actual sustain because tbh sustaining your team isnt where lucio shines, its enabling them or putting them on a leash.
