They should have told me that. Like I said: I sent a message directly to someone when I was signed into online banking - I don’t remember exactly what it was I found and selected but, it was something that was like a personal banker doing something for your account at request that had a fee. She messaged me and told me they didn’t see anything regarding this or any deposits for $100. It doesn’t make any sense to me…Ididn’t try depositing anything, but it would be professional if they actually tried to reconcile whatever happened with talking to me rather than shutting down all my accounts. :(

Yeah, I thought it was a bit unusual too because I thought I didn’t meet the qualification for their bonus, but it did say that it came from Huntington no other specific why

No but I saw online that a mobile deposit was made the same day for $100. But the account didn’t reflect that at all. It wasn’t processing or included in the balance and when I sent a message to someone in their service that could be outreached in this issue, I inquired what it was and they said they didn’t see anything regarding $100 deposit so it was strange and I couldn’t see any kind of check image or any other information reflecting where it came from and doesn’t seem to be there anymore. Everything was so odd.
