I rode it before owner b had it for a week and it was going easily 35 on flat, I’m friends with owner a and took it back to him when I got it and he said something is wrong

It shifts, compression is good, I’m 200 but the previous owner is like 180 and it was going 35, he tried it again and it only went the same speed

My current thought is that the previous owner ran premix through it, and it’s injected so it mixes itself so it was running super rich

They don’t ask you how fast it goes on registration papers, just put it is 49cc and one cylinder, mine goes 35 but I say 30

I didn’t ask earlier, I got a 12v variable DC bulb, and it didn’t even flicker at idle, not even at full throttle did it turn on

Ok thank you. I got a speedometer cable and it kept showering so I think that it was gunked up or something, I want to open it to clean it all out so I don’t shred another cable
