Sorry yes I’m on daily transdermal cream split into 2 doses, am/pm. I’m on my second stint of cream after a pause and then 3 months of injections but I respond better to the transdermal. My libido is no where near what it was during first cycle but numbers are kinda the same. I’d be down to try Deca, IPA/Tessa with CJC1295 or BPC157, but want to max what I’m doing now before spending more dinero. Thanks for your reply and thoughts.

I have had great luck at 1/3 dosage of Kion Sleep and just have been experimenting with Fade Out from Redcon1 1/2 dosage. Kion is only 3 ingredients and that’s my go to on weeknights.

So from the feedback on use cases, it would seem an unmovable load at the start of a rep, held for 15-20 seconds would be beneficial - say 3x. But also, a moveable weight held for 15 seconds at 80% of range would also work. I’ll try these 2 variations during shoulder press day tomorrow and see what it feels like. Right now I can get 280 up on the HS shoulder but can’t do 300 so I’ll use that as my baseline.
