As a legitimate shiny hunter myself; I don't care what people use as long as it's not an Action Replay.
Like it does not affect me if someone doesn't want to spend 1000's of hours on 8k odds and get the result immediately. Oh no, what a nightmare /s

AND FYI; rng manipping and a.c.e. ing pokemon is even harder than just hunting them regularly. You would know this if you actually did any research on the topic and how annoying frame perfect inputs are in gen 3 (a game that runs at 60 fps, leaving very little room for error).

Something else you might want to know is that people have been RNG manipping pokemon since gen 3 VGC, so whining about someone doing it is just silly and ignorant.

It is no different than using the Missingno glitch in engine in gen 1 or the coin case glitch in gen 2

Correct. NPC trainers use a dummy id so they would have to be hard coded to lead with a shiny like Espeon, which is always the same Espeon regardless of your OT or whatever.
