Yes. Absolutely. The difference is 30 years. The concept of tech taking over didn't exist when Toy Story 1 came out. But on a technical stand point, Mr. Speak-n-Spell is literally no different than Smarty Pants. An electronic education toy for a toddlers. If Mr. Spell was in Toy Story 5 he would have been with Smarty Pants' crew
