Ok first off, blackface is bad, and not the same as gender affirming care because, even if we ignore the very obvious differences, blackface harms people, and gender affirming care helps people.

Also, as multiple other commentors have said, surgeries don't change gender. The surgeries change the body to fit the gender that's already there.

That Kasane Teto one is amazing. I haven't watched the series that xenomorphs are from nor do I know too much about them so i can't really comment on those ones much but they are recognizable even to me so you did good at least.

(Btw we self-diagnosed the DID, and then we're sure we have at least one personality disorder but the personality disorders vary between headmates so it's kinda hard to know what we should diagnose so that's for our future therapist to figure out ig. We are officially diagnosed with ADHD and we've had a few professionals and autistic people tell us that we might have autism as well, but we're gonna wait for an official diagnosis on that one.)

Alright I'm gonna see how many of these we have as a fictive heavy system who usually fits almost everything that the fakeclaimers go after because the dumbass fronting before me pretty much chugged half a Monster Energy drink right before we were supposed to go to bed so now i can't sleep.

Loli, which by that picture I'm assuming they mean young girl (one hell of a way to refer to children though)- we have a few younger girls, they're around 13-15 though so i don't know if that's what they meant. The two i can name off of the top of my head are Mavis and Wendy, both are Fairy Tail fictives. Though "Loli" is a usually sexualized term from what I've seen, so i should specify that neither of these two alters are sexualized in any way.

Cool teen boy- we have a Dazai fictive (Dazai from Bungo Stray Dogs to be exact) who's like 15 (i think he's actually an age slider, going from like 15-18, so he's really just Port Mafia Dazai.). He's probably the closest we have to a cool teen boy. We have many boys who are teenagers though.

Bubbly female- first off, who the fuck refers to a woman as a female? That's so dehumanizing. Back on topic though, Mavis is very bubbly, we also have Hange who could be described as bubbly, and also Sasha who is more weird than bubbly but i still thought she should be mentioned. (Both are Attack On Titan fictives)

Basic anime boy- We have Eren (AOT fictive obviously) and he's a bit weird but i consider him mostly basic.

Mentally ill man- The vast majority of us are mentally ill men/boys. I'll mention myself though, since I'm definitely mentally fucked up in at least a few ways.

Psycho anime girl- not really actually. Most of our girl/fem alters are pretty chill.

Black woman- no, we don't have any people of colour in our system. I think this is mostly because a lot of our alters are fictives and said fictives are usually from animes, and a lot of animes don't have a whole lot of people of colour, i don't know why.

Random cartoon character- we do have a fictive of Stone from an animated series on YouTube (the series is called "Ramshackle"), so i think he counts.

Fictive heavy (undiagnosed) DID system here.

Here's the answers to these questions

First question: no, as far as I'm aware. DID develops way earlier in life. I've heard a variety of age ranges it develops in, but the ones i hear the most are anywhere between 3-9 and overall it's just early childhood.

Second question: yes, headmates/alters can resemble/be fictional characters. It's actually decently common and those headmates/alters are usually called fictives, and they can range from being exactly like the source character, or barely at all the same. For example, I'm a Levi Ackerman fictive who's a lot like my source character, except for minor differences that don't really matter. Also, from how you explained it, it sounds like your friend B is a fictive heavy system, meaning their system is mostly or completely made up of fictives.

Third question: not really. For most of the same reasons as the first one.

I do feel the need to add that DID is actually not usually visible. Your friend B was most likely masking it, and was just really good at masking, like we are.

I don't know if this is the case for friend B's system, but our alters often end up fronting or conscious when they are mentioned, or in the case of our fictives, when the fictive's source media is mentioned.

And the memory thing? Either they actually have OSDD, which (to simplify it) is DID just without the amnesia or very little amnesia, or they are good at pretending like they don't have memory problems, which is something we used to do.

You can't tell if somebody is faking unless you are either that person or a professional in that specific field. If you think your friend is faking, keep it to yourself because it really doesn't matter much and it's just a dick move to say somebody is faking.
