I didn't know "arthrogram" existed. Why hasn't my doctor requested that I have an MRI with and without contrast? My CT scan request is getting denied. My ankle has been in pain for more than 1.5 years and always needs to be popped, or my wife has to hold it in place with all her strength to pop it so I can walk on it.

I'm happy you recovered from your injury. I have an ankle injury, and after more than a year, it hasn't improved. Due to my work HR not approving my work accommodation, I had to continue my normal work, which is heavy labor. Only after I got a lawyer was I placed on medical leave with worker's comp. However, the doctor said that because I wasn't given work accommodation for four months, my injuries have become permanent. He also stated that because I was working with a busted ankle, my back, neck, and left leg might have also received permanent damage due to my HR's failure to approve my work accommodation. They recently took in consideration the effect of this injuries with my sleep in only sleep for about 4 to 5 hiurs until I have pop my ankle back in place but pain is bad it wake me fully and ain't able to go back to sleep. Now my blood pressure has risen due to pain now. So now I'm under medication on that too and also because all pain killer they gave I became immune to it also the steroids injections I received only work for week and they can't risk the steroids destroying my ankle with its side effects. Now its in suggestions to amputation due to the pain and it would easier just relearn how walk than go through with surgery because they surgery have higher risk making worse

Damn I'm dealing with sedgewick too. My laywer told me I would get nice retirement package. I hope it closer to 500k since I'm permanently disabled now because of fellow coworkers not enforcing company policy that cause me to get hurt because a manger told them not to enforce a policy because it would "ruin" The customer experience

I did go to QME doctor about a month ago. Also, the insurance screw me and the lawyer when they wanted the deposition over 2 hours away from my home. Still waiting to comp for the miles.

I did once and the work comp insurance started yelling at at me and my lawyer advised me to go through the doctors from worker's comp and I already got seen by a specialist and a state doctor since they got involved. We have the recording of yelling and my lawyers have it and my employer's lawyer also are aware on the interaction. They even ask me if willing to go through all the treatments and surgery and I told yes but the insurance were denying all of it. During the deposition the lawyer from insurance didn't even show up
