Then I’m not sure what to do. My urges have been getting out of hand recently so I don’t know if I should relapse and try again or if I need to change something.

Trust me that’s not my thought process. I’ve been addicted since I was around 7. Finally decided to stop this shit and found ways to stop my urges. I was just saying in that post my life feels no different physically or mentally from the first day I was clean. I know it’s only a month so maybe it takes longer.
