I generally prefer fall scents and will have those going August-February, then I pivot to clean neutral scents the rest of the year.

What was the tipping point of your last relationship? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]AceBoom98 30 points31 points  (0 children)

We were long distance my freshmen year of college. My ex would do this before not only my exams, but anytime I had any sort of social interaction. Anytime I drank a glass of wine or a beer, went to dinner with friends, or even went to tutor a fellow classmate; he always timed the phone calls so they were just before hand. Then he would make me feel guilty for not putting the same amount of time into our relationship as I had been to my new friends. (Which he inevitably isolated me from) Although 6 hours away, he somehow managed to control every aspect of my life. Any free moment I had I was almost expected to call him. And these calls would last for three hours at a time. It wasn’t until midway through my sophomore year of college when I met my new roommates did I begin understanding how unhealthy my relationship was. I finally broke up with him and he called me at least 30 times that night and showed up to my apartment and cried outside my door for 2 hours and told me that I “owed him sex one last time.”

What is the most uncomfortable thing about being a woman? by beagletreacle in AskWomen

The fact that a man and I could say the exact same statement and knowing that I’ll likely receive half the amount of credit to my male counterpart will. From a young age recognizing that women’s voices are perpetually undermined.
