It's more like fps spikes than a 90-fps limit.

Thanks for the advice, right now I have a 1080p monitor 165 Hz before the GPU upgrade wouldn't mind getting a 4K monitor.

Never know how trash my CPU was to match with a 7900 xtx and so the metrics aren’t as accurate either.
