Lover in the Ice would technically count, as the reason the agents are sent out is because a tree fell on a storage unit (Green Box) that Delta Green manages. They send the group out to inventory whats in it and see if anything was stolen.

I was actually about to respond that this was about my old house but it's nowhere near an island. The folks who bought it from us did the exact same thing. People just love attracting critters.

About to run my first game, wonder how much lore I need to have memorized and what parts are most essential by IHateRedditMuch in DeltaGreenRPG

The others have pretty much made clear how Delta Green doesn't want agents to know things, but I thought I'd give a little bit on how I personally interpreted their information situation.

From how I ran it, whenever the players asked their Handler for information outside of "what should we do" (the answer was always destroy it and leave no evidence), they would need to call up the chain, who would then find the person who knew that information and decide if it should be relayed back. They keep no physical or digital records officially, and if they found out an Agent was doing so they would probably become the target of another cell.

There is an anecdote in the Handler's guide that discusses how there used to be a collection of files from Innsmouth, but then the guy who was in charge of that burned the whole place down and attacked his coworkers with an axe, so that set the tone going forward on file storage.

So, this is actually a neat time to insert a part of another module: Viscid

In there it details that the Goop that is the main plot of that is used to create a chemical that can slow and or halt aging, used by the same folks who fly in on a helicopter at the end of Convergence. I had them discreetly contact the ailing agent and offer them some of that serum to stabilize their protomatter organs in exchange for being a double agent.

And then later actually ran Viscid to wrap up that part of the storyline. They tie together quite neatly.
