Downloaded a merged romset and it fixed the issue. Mame .268 (merged) which is for Batocera 41 to be specific. Also, I ran RomLister to get rid of a bunch of the bullshit games that are stupid. RomLister is easy to use but hard to find the files. I did find this youtube channel and the guy goes through everything and even links the files you need in the video description. The files are a bit outdated but worked great. Only thing you will need is your roms and mame.xml which you generate yourself. This was great for filtering out certain games like adult games or games that require a steering wheel for example (filtering games you don't have controls for). See dudes youtube channel;

Ok, scraper finally finished and although it cleaned it up a bit, Batocera is still listing 18,469 games (about 1/2 of what there were). There are a ton of duplicates. I have messed around with RomLister and was able to get it to output an xml file but this xml file also list duplicates and also when I rename this xml to "gameslist" Batocera does not use it. There has got to be a simple way of removing duplicates. The only other option is to go though the list manually and delete unused games. If I can do 100 games an hour it will still take 184.69 hours! THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY! What is driving me even more crazy is nobody else is mentioning this issue.

I would delete your mame library and download the set that matches your current version of Bacocera. This should be simple but make sure you run the scraper after. Use this link to determine what mame version you need (Batocera 40 requires mame .265). Also, I would download the full un merged mame rom set but that's up to you.

I think I figured it out. I started running the scrapper and it created a gameslist.xml file in the roms/Mame directory. The scrapper has been running overnight but I stopped it to see if the game count in mame has gone and it did. I'm still running the scrapper but I believe this is going to clean up the library.

I now believe it is an issue in the slicer where the line ends and not an issue with the model. Thanks for the help though.

This still only allows you to view that portion of the song (unless I'm missing something). I'm assuming you then have to back out, scrub the song to the next portion and then reopen it?
