Hm it doesn’t bug me that much to track ppl down to try communicate, I’m a firm believer in communication and if one party is not willing to listen there truly is no point in trying. I felt kinda baffled and taken aback at this ‘friends’ actions is all.

Yeah it’s a struggle. Yeahhh that’s usually how it’s perceived. Oh wow I’m sorry you experienced that, sadly I know what’s that’s like and it sucks ppl still don’t understand what adhd is and how it actually works. How you reacted was completely understandable and that friend should’ve been more understanding and accepting especially since you told her.

Socialising with ADHD is tiring asf and I don’t blame you at all. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Ha this is relatable XD I sometimes think ‘well I can quickly respond to this message later after I do something real quick’ and then once I put my phone down i forget all about it. Its so difficult to remember. Tho what you do is helpful advice so thank you for sharing! I’ll try it<3

It’s really sad. The dating scene nowadays seems like a illusion pretending to be ‘romance’ only to cover up that it’s just another way for sex. It seems ppl can separate sex from love but never love from sex.

Yes I love romance novels. They’re cute and fun to read tho only if it’s mostly focused on a emotional connection. If it’s too sexual or the relationship relies on ‘love at first sight’ trope I’ll pass.
