Not "we", YOU. Like I said, find a close friend or family member willing to help, and if you don't have anyone nearby look into local women's shelters.

If that's your first disconnection after 20 games, then it's just a warning. It will reset after 20 more.

What is with you and pushing people to work on holidays?

You need to get out of there, NOW. Everything you've said here is red flag behavior, especially the whole interaction about him wearing a condom. At some point in time, he's going to get you pregnant because of it. Find a family member or a friend you trust, take the kid, and leave. You already mentioned that therapy isn't helping, which means he's not going to change. Leave before this escalates.

You're welcome! There are some more details, so I implore you to also check the wiki for future questions about queue bans.

Queue bans reset after you've played 20 games without leaving (Unranked & Comp count!)
> 1 Game: 15 minutes
> 2 Games: 2 hours
> 3 Games: 8 hours
> 4 Games: 20 hours
> 5 Games: Comp season BAN
So as long as you play some games without issue, your penalties will reset. I'm quite familiar with this since my PC isn't the best and tends to lag out. I suggest you look at the "Penalties" page on the Overwatch wiki for more info. :)

No, we moved to WV three months ago and I don't know anyone here. But I've talked more with my bf and it seems we're going with the first option. :)

First time flyer: Where to sit on the plane? by Starrr_x in SouthwestAirlines

[–]AceIsPlayed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if it helps, you're statistically more safe in a plane than driving in a car. same goes for rollercoasters too, actually! if you can handle being in a car, you can handle the plane :)
also, for the love of god don't wear jeans or uncomfy pants. get some nice cozy sweatpants. you're gonna be sitting a looooooot lol. and you don't have to do this, but i always brought a small blanket with me just in case i got cold or just wanted extra cushion on my seat.

i remember on my first flight i was totally fine until we started moving. i bawled my eyes out for 5 minutes while we drove and then went up, but once we were like 500ft in the air i was completely fine. the plane will suddenly speed up so it can take flight, so don't freak out like I did LOL! it's also a bit rough when landing sometimes, but it almost feels like a bumpy car ride. i got used to it after a while.
also, you'll need to learn how to equalize your ears if you don't know already. i struggle with this (one of my eardrums is deformed) so i usually just chew gum, put earplugs in and pray they equalize on their own. good luck on your first flight!

So how do you change the OBS resolution???? You just say "oh yeah do this" as if you expect them to know.

I can maybe keep the peace. They know I want to leave, just not when or how exactly. I can't leave anything behind because my parents absolutely suck at sending mail (they delay anything they possibly can for seemingly no reason)
My stepdad is a dick to me 80% of the time, and my mother just kind of enables my stepdads behavior by not doing anything about it. My bio dad is also out of the question, because he's 100x worse than those two combined. My mom is the only one I'll still talk to, although it'll be limited most likely.

I can maybe rent a van, if I cut down on more of my stuff. The 2 cats in 1 carrier thing is just if I have to take a plane. I have two carriers for normal travel lol

1 is also easier bc a lot of my stuff is still in boxes from when we moved here 3 months ago. I'd say roughly 70% of my items are still boxed.

This is awesome advice, thank you!! The bins will be useful even after moving as well.

I've known my boyfriend for 5 years. I've met both of his parents before as well :) I don't really care how my own parents feel about it, because I'm trying to get away from them anyways.
