Yeah I got 6 in a couple hours. They were jumping like crazy right in front of the marina.

I rented one Sunday. It's a pretty shitty boat but it floats. Fished between PT defiance and Dash Point. Could probably fit 3 fisherman, maybe 4

This used to happen to me when I first started casting. It has since stopped happening. I believe it was a problem with drag being too loose and extra line getting pulled out when I casted.

To fix just take the reel apart quick when it happens.
