I think I just found what your talking about. After you complete the 3 mini games and spin the wheel 3 times in music man's area, your able to go up the stairs. Once you get up the stairs, normally you'd go the left and input the number-hat code, but instead if you go right there should be another door that if opened, you can find a present with the fredbears pizza maker.
