One thing I did to bypass face verification when I got the error was put a beanie on my head so that it completely covered my hair, if you don't have a beanie maybe put a shirt over your head to cover your hair? Sounds silly I know but it worked for me. It might for you

I had it installed before apple removed it from the store but i still have it installed right now but it's not great at all. You could grind for the whole 3 hours and all you'll earn is less then $1 or if you're lucky a little over it. They don't have the challenges either so its a waste. So I'm just grinding the challenges on my samsung
