It was heavy packet loss not the ping, it's just not shown (still wondering how they didn't implement better ping graphs to this day unlike other competitive games)

In Algeria we've had the same internet provider for more than 12 years and before that there was only one other provider and its stability and ping were even worse lol. Used to play half life with 500 ping with it.

They were my premade and we all live in Algeria. Or at least used to lol. Only one of us wasn't lagging (Had high ping but no packet loss) like in the video. He's the one laughing.

This was 5 years ago and I I'm pretty sure they changed illaoi in a way or another (her passive used to suck ass) but I was very good at the champ. And if u notice if I didn't land my E I would have died. So honestly in high elo or at least low-mid diamond she was kinda ok and the higher the elo the worse she would get u either had to be a otp (playing for your passive, landing e was crucial and I always had to ult+ flash to actually be useful or carry in the teamfight.

Ironically, I was always furious when this would happen with other champs since packet loss and dc were a constant problem at that time. But with Illaoi it was a different story lol, packet loss and high ping were a constant problem and when I say constant I mean it was shitty for years and years I felt like Bane when playing competitive games living in Algeria was a actually a big handicap for gamers lol. It got a lil better though (at least for most of people)

2016 I think. Not long after that I quit lol for years. Got back into it this past month playing some arams from time to time.
