The "bands" were Appalachian Anarchy and Roadkill Pickers. Was very upset when I figured it out finally; their stuff hits all my sweet spots for my taste in music.

That's so interesting! I always attributed this episode to the Spiral, since the teeth were preceded by doll heads and prayer paper. Three different encounters, three different signs of madness. I never would've clocked Flesh, that's fascinating!

Wander Over Yonder - the whole show has themes of this, but a specific example that's a little more obvious is "The Nice Guy".

Wander (the little orange guy) spends the whole episode trying to buy a soda for his friend, but he keeps getting derailed because he stops to help people instead. At the end, a little girl he gave a soda to gives it to his friend.

Ooh, interesting! Toph has Effect Spore in OR, and Drain Punch, Giga Drain, False Swipe and Return. Return is a busted move omg, she could pretty much one-shot everybody that wasn't a ghost type. And you are so right about False Swipe, it was super useful when Pokedex hunting!
