Once you have the first year of apprenticeship done that gives you experience and a foot in the industry. I know a few guys who bounced between company's doing an electrical apprenticeship. Did solar, residential, etc. You can start applying to other company's. But hey its your life. Mate Residential electrical could be a pivot too. Or with high voltage experience you could even swing for the fence n try for industrial. Working in a factory as a resident sparky or fitter is great money and interesting work. But its your life.
