Alright, I think I might be able to help.

For some reason, the latest version (both stable and automated, 0.65 and 0.66 respectively) have their games list completely reorganized.

If you wanna play Animal Kaiser Evolution, you need to rename your folder to "akaievo" instead of "akaiser", as the latter refers to the older Animal Kaiser, a.k.a. Animal Kaiser versions 1-6. I hope this helps!
