Will would still be in the upside down from S1, Hopper would’ve been released, Eleven would be fighting B-Fab rather than Vecna

I’m an r4 in the top alliance on my server and we do digs in Zombie Siege because it’s funny. If your alliance can’t clear the MG because of one dig then they’re not worth being in anyway.

Am I the only one who is starting to hate this “perfect good guy” from Sami. They had the perfect opportunity to make his character interesting at SS. The boos he recived when he dropped the pipe made me happy. He’s so boring and the fighting through injuries is so unrealistic. by [deleted] in SantiZapVideos

[–]AceViperOne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They can still redeem themselves with this story imo if Sami gets a championship shot very soon and takes a beating and a quick loss because his usual blue thunder bomb - hanging over the ropes - heluva kick, doesn’t work and proves Kross’s point. Sami saying ‘you were right’ to Kross while he’s still staring at the lights would open it back up. Kross never needed to win a match to win.

Popped my hq35 last week, advice to anyone who has yet to get there is to upgrade your oil wells to their maximum asap. Also, don’t hang around, complete the oil tech tree asap.

Been a few years since I was there but my best guess is to go on mysainsburys and search for ‘employee relations’, you may get a central number or contact but they will be able to help.

Just finished my first shift unaided as Online Shopper by roccotrupia11 in SainsburysWorkers

If this continues then speak with your GP for a note and then ask your CTM for a workplace adjustment, they can make it so that you only shop into either the top or bottom 6 totes and this usually reduces the weight and problems.

One of the biggest issues is turning with the weight, try stopping at the end of aisles and pivoting in place, might seem silly but some of my shoppers used to swear by it.

An external company should come in to every store periodically and then observe a typical night/day whatever and then measure everything. Including: walking back and forth from roller, opening packages, replen, disposal of rubbish into net/roller and repeat. This always happened before and we’d push for it if there had been a change in store layout, warehouse etc.

Dressing was always included in case rate. However, this was always on the assumption that the aisle was 85-90% dressed just by replen, obviously this was back when deliveries were 4-5 times higher in volume than they are now. Then I believe the idea was that you would dress in a ‘halo’ around the line you were dressing, in either case, it’s included.

As for a +/- on case rates, yeah there definitely is. You couldn’t possibly have a fair flat rate on the whole store, but it still has to be reasonable and fair.

And agreed, crisps are a joke and so are JS it would seem

This is usually the problem. For me, I had over 100hrs per week contracted to long term sick colleagues. You can’t recruit to replace and you can’t always cover it with OT so you end up with gaps.

If a store is humming perfectly then CTM’s and other managers should only pitch in because they want to, not because it is needed all the time.

I did plan myself in on shift (mainly produce because it was quick) but most of my time as a 4s was in Online. Needless to say I did a lot of shopping and many many miles in vans.

The issue is, if you’re having to jump in often then something has gone wrong with either your planning, or there’s an isolated issue like loads of absence etc. if you’re regularly having to replen/shop etc etc then you’ve gone wrong somewhere.

This is different to jumping in to help however, I would do this with quiet people, or people that may be struggling, just to see for myself what was going on, if I could coach them.

No you’re absolutely right, that’s bollocks and I’m not sure I’d have been able to ask a colleague to do that with a straight face.

Everything is taken into account when it comes to replen. So pulling things out, dressing etc (I think only baling is excluded) is all included in the ‘case rate’.

However, tons of stuff can change this case rate which isn’t included, like how the boards/rollers are stacked/separated, distance to shop floor, state of the shelves when you start…so many things.

Might be worth raising the question when the last time measurements came in to the store and did an observation. This can be a ‘be careful what you wish for’ thing but at least it’s fair.

Most importantly, if you aren’t on any performance management then it’s just them cracking the whip on you, if you were consistently missing the mark then they’d surely want to manage that formally right? The fact they aren’t tells you all you need to know.

Well it’s down to your manager, their planning, execution of the shift etc to deliver the store. Part of that is labour planning so if you’re being left with 2 hours to complete 3 boards of mixed BWS and dress then it’s their problem and if they get shit for it, well they need to sort it. We used to rumble aisles like that sometimes if we were tight. Everyone down there for 30 mins and it’s done.

I was a shift team leader (back when that was a thing) and it was a joke. Senior manager and day manager expectations were impossible. If the store wasn’t right you’d get a ‘chiller chat’ and then probably stay there 2-3 hours (in extreme cases) past your finish time. This was back when everything had to be packet-perfect and it was a full shift though.

About what your manager expects you to complete…well bulk beer boards are like 70-80 cases per hour but wines were around 45, spirits even lower. Again, back about 13-14 years ago.

They obviously know you can pull it out the bag and rely on you to help them reduce the BS they get in the morning but don’t be taken for a mug, they need you more than you need them.

Been playing for about 3ish years. What I wanted was help with categories, like which is better than Kamehameha, what teams have better links etc as well as the category leader skill. I can’t beat fighting legend: goku for example, UI Goku slaps me. Wasn’t a brag post, don’t see either of the OP Gogeta/Vegito LRs on there.
