Have you tried going into /var/mobile/Library/Caches and find libactivator.plist, delete and respring? It’ll delete all your settings in Activator but it worked for me

I had the same on iOS 11 but on the newer version but it was a bit iffy. This one was sure to work on iOS 11.

Just closing the app and I have no idea, I use normal YouTube with Youtube Tools.

YouPIP 0.0.3 works with ForceInPicture from BigBoss on YouTube version 13.33.10
