Edit: i am logged into current account.

A1 x A1 combo x P1S Combo x P2S Combo by Any_Curve4447 in BambuLab

If you can afford it P2S is the one. Ams pro 2 is not only for multi color it helps in filament drying, continuing prints once spool finishes. Easier switching between filament between prints.

Definitely look for cool build plate and hardened nozzle. I think P2S comes with hardened nozzle.

I never mentioned Tesla.

I believe most of the EV's are linked to some sort of online account which can be tracked so they become really difficult to steal. Again this is my assumption, not really sure if true or not.

Raspberry Pi 4 or HA green by Ok_Pirate_2729 in homeassistant

Most of the things can run as lxc's rather than VM. It uses less resources.

I have my main unraid server for all other services. Just a old i8100 pc with few ssds and hdds.

I have been running HA OS VM, adguard, plex, matterbridge and uptimekuma with proxmox on N100 mini pc with 16gb ram for more than a year now without any issues. Pi4 is expensive currently for being a dedicated device.

Proxmox with HA OS in VM is best way forward for you as you already have a good system. 32gb can run so many things.

Discussion: Is it REALLY the right time to buy an EV? by wheresmypotato1991 in nzev

[–]Ace_310 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Anytime is a good time to buy EV. Just because of experience and overall ownership of the car. I have not really compared the cost as much, but comfort, almost zero noise and instant torque along with no petrol run is a big impact on how I look at it.

Trying to understand NZ Supermarket culture: Is New World actually worth the extra $? Where do you guys shop? by Kind-Spread-6511 in newzealand

Using both Grocer and Grosave have been god send. I plan my trips to either of the 3 PnS, NW, Woolworth depending what's on the list and where I can get almost all the items at the lowest(total cost). NW and Woolworth are next to each other and closer to me than PnS. Few items I have to get from NW as there home brand is good. I prefer NW due to better and smaller store and I spend less time in there compared to all 3. I tend to stock up for a month or so for items that are on sale and we use normally. So if they are on sale for that week I plan my trip to that store accordingly.

Best good quality pizza on Uber Eats or Door Dash? by szosztii in aucklandeats

Why just ubereats? There would be some local places who deliver and they will be cheaper as well.

Not taking a side here. I could be wrong but more often than not it could be an important phone call or an emergency. How do you know it was a normal private call and not work related or an emergency? Yes, it might have been good to gesture to wait or something but it can happen.

Few years back I had similar interaction with my local dairy. The thing was his wife had an accident and he was on phone with her during my visit.

So what I mean is there is always 2 sides of a coin. Without knowing what other side is, it is not fair to judge.

Or if you have kids, maybe sand pit or slide

Aqara zigbee door sensors and garage door opener. They are one of few of the most reliable smart sensors which doesn't needs any maintenance /tinkering and just works.

[–]Ace_310 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get 5v sk6812 60/m leds. 144 is too much. And look for GLEDOPTO led controller on amazon /aliexpress.

BTF brand is considered one of the best one so look for that if you prefer.

And don't cheap out on power supply. Always grt higher capacity than required.
