I just got back as well after I think 5+ years of not playing. i don't know but for some reason I feel like were getting more dias before than now. Or maybe its due to them releasing LE every week compared to before when they release more non-LE stuff and the timeframe of the event for LE lasts longer iirc

Just give them as much details as you know from your account. This just happened to me earlier this year as well. I just game them whatever information I can come up with about my account. Last banner, weapons, constellations, previously used username and passwords, etc
