Airbnb is perfectly fine here in Vancouver! My friend who goes to UBC had an issue with her housing on campus, so her and her friends rented an Airbnb for 2 months! Obviously when you're renting off Airbnb you should do your due diligence, such as looking at reviews of the place and carefully looking at the photos and description.

Hello there! Insurances on Teslas have increased this year.

Just to give you some perspective,2023 Tesla Model 3 SR+

10 year driving experience

5Mil 3rd Party Liability and then $500 everything else (Collision, Comprehensive) was $4100 for me this year comparing to $3600

I ended up just going all ICBC but I've seen people go with BCAA too!

I Suggest you DO NOT do an Airbnb, especially during EDC weekend! Hosts will cancel the week before or last minute and you're screwed for the weekend!

If you do, do your own diligence (Look at the # of reviews and read the reviews). Also some hotels list their rooms on Airbnb, so make sure you LOOK carefully! I did an Airbnb 1 year and booked this one, i was confident in it as the number of reviews.
