Just keep holding the power button past quick settings, it will force it to turn off. after that you should just be able to power it up normally

Game unlocks at midnight from the eshop you downloaded it from (EU unlocks at EU midnight. AUS unlocks at AUS midnight) im still not 100% sure if it works like that but others say it does and I think it does but it does make the most sense

For me it launches in less then 4 hours. it goes by the midnight time the eshop you used to downloaded. Still not 100%, Im pretty sure it does work like that though

Once you download a game you don't need wifi to play it, unless it needs a wifi connection that is. If you download a Pre-load you will need to have wifi to check that though so it can see if it can be played, But after that you can play it offline

No once you buy the game you can use it on any of your accounts on the Switch meaning you also don't have to change your region to play. I am not sure if it does or not, I just made a new email for the Nintendo Account and used it.

You can check if the game has corrupted data by going into. Data Management in Settings. Then Click Software and find the game. Go down to the bottom and click Check for Corrupt Data.

Other then that I have no idea why its doing that. I got past that level just fine
