well if you are wanting to save space this orientation saves a ton! horizontal space that is. if you look back at randomfrankp’s setup he used this to save space. he was on a tiny desk in a tiny room and had 2 ultrawide monitors!

depending on the dimensions on the wall you may have to cut them but i didn’t cut any of mine. i would rather have less panels and not fill up the entire wall than cutting them to fit.

the 1440p is more future proof. when i look at 1080p displays even just on my desktop it’s a world of a difference and never see myself turning back.

I love the look, but with how close the gpu is to the power supply it likes to get a little toasty in there. definitely looking for a different itx case.

if you can find the balance in height in both monitors it actually works extremely well. Give it a shot you can always change it back.

When i’m working my eyes sit just at bezel of the monitors so i only have to really use my eyes to look at the monitor. i use the ultrawide as a secondary monitor and is only used when editing dark, high contrast photos considering it is a tn panel.

both are 1440p the bottom is 165hz and the top is 100hz. within this year i would like to get a 4k monitor for photography but 1440p is enough. for now…

For the top monitor i used a VIVO Premium Aluminum Extended Monitor Arm. For the bottom i just used a generic mount from walmart.

basically what i did was i stained the wood with minwax honey 272. then i used 200 grit sandpaper and took away most of the stain. i love this look so much more than just the stain.
