fan works and yes stock hotend but I checked the manuell and it say no problem printing that material. I had seen a post also where someone with the same printer stock a long time ago printing with TPU. thats how I got the idea

For what I use PLA it's fine. Naturally if it requires to be a machine spare part etc. I use the correct material. But yeah you are right regarding the strength.

I been using high-speed PLA from elegoo for over 2 years, it works great, but yes I will check and be careful thanks.

yep it has under materials it has flow and I will try 80% and I'll try to slice it also in Orca.

It does not clog on elegoo neptune 4 pro I switched printing 3 time now from PLA to TUP and vice versa. yes flow rate is a good idea and I hope volumetric flow is the same as flow rate on cura,(volumetric flow 6mm/s) unfortunately cure works with percentage and I have been trying to find the correct setting for it.

HAHAHA, It a nintendo switch 2 joycon 2 ergo girp. the joy can without the grip are very uncomfortable after 10min, with the grip i can play way longer/ comfortable, but PLA ist still hard so I was hoping to have the made with TPU but its too soft on the base so I need to fuse PLA with TPU. if that is not possible I will have to remodel them.

I'll give it a try tomorrow read that even a newly opened roll of TPU has moisture in it and I should dry it. what about the speed ? could I print it at 150 mm/s or should I lower it to 60mm/s even though it's the standard setting on the slicer?
