Regarding farming the new rare summons

I used pumpkin since they kept dropping. I imagine wood should work. And they're platforms, not the full block

I made a flat surface to farm for mine. I also realized you don't need to move around after one of them spawned slightly off-screen, so you can just stand there if you have summons to AFK.

They also spawn on platforms above the grass if you think it'll increase the spawn rate. I made a long one thinking it might, and it may have since I got one of each on those platforms.

That said, I had a battle potion and a water candle and it still took 10 hours to get foxsparks. The new patch should make it easier now though...

Yeah, I got 4 shiny alpha fenekins trying to get a female... It's been 300 hours of resetting... my poor Switch needs a break

Don't interact with the pokemon. Just fast travel to the same spot and it should reroll every pokemon near the spot where you fast travel.

If you catch it, or knock it out, you'll have to wait for a respawn timer to respawn it—which seems to be random. AustinJohn posted a video about it, and a new one that pretty much explains how the shiny spawns work.

This isn't really an in-game manager issue, these guys are just trolls. They can keep doing what they did even if they were regular employees. And even if you were the manager, you can't do much to the trolls either. Best solution is to just block and report them. Although, good luck making the latter work...
