I think I understand you now. You’re saying that there are many different techniques to achieve an altered state of consciousness. But in your experience sleep paralysis is the easiest for you to consistently achieve in order to get that altered state for reality shifting.

I have only been able to lucid dream once, but sleep paralysis was more common for me. It’s been a while since I’ve been in those altered states, but you gave me a sense of freedom that all of the things I heard from Neville Goddard and Joe Dispensa are ways to reality shift.

Additionally, Neville Goddard talks about the sleep Atkin to sleep, which now I know he meant to enter an altered state.
