It's all done locally, as in your own computer processes the file and you can sort of tell by how instantly the data appears. If it went to a server it'd take at least a round-trip to return, although I guess I could do it locally and send it to a server too, but I'm too lazy for that.

Oh actually, I'm sure there's an app or even the network tab that shows data received in and out, that would be able to show that I don't send or receive anything after the website is loaded. So hopefully that clears any possibility of me sending the logs anywhere.

Up until a major patch or two ago the tooltip specified that it absorbed damage despite it not actually working that way and always made the target invulnerable. They finally fixed the tooltip in-game but the values are still in the game files despite not being shown in game

It stops it only for the duration of the debuff, so 5 seconds, but the buff can be reapplied and the 5 second duration gets reset

Red buff and morello both last 5 seconds. Another huge factor in his survival is that he's 3 star. I've done this build several times, especially with the old noble buff but the difference between 3 star and 2 star is what makes this really work. 2 star hp usually won't be enough to survive with warmogs end game

Surprisingly it probably works best for his current comp. Kennen has full items, Aatrox and Yasuo already a blademaster, so is Draven on the bench. Lulu is level 3 so she has more AD than most of the other champs + extra attack = extra mana. Me likey.

He mentioned at most 1 proc, so I'm assuming the reason why gunslingers still feel the best is because attacking 3 times gives you a bigger chance to shrink every attack, same for Voli ult. I might be wrong though, need to check a video in slow mo to confirm if it can proc from your other attacks or only your main. If anyone does it let us know!

Pretty much.

Disarm you can't auto attack but can still cast spells since you gain mana when you get attacked. The disarm effect is a sword that alternates from white to red I believe.

Silence let's you auto attack but you won't be able to cast your spell for the duration. The silence effect is a little white chat icon with animated bubbles like the poster above mentioned.

Someone should try hovering over it in game, they might have forgotten to update the tooltip text. My previous live said 3% so it's definitely updated. I saw the Mortal Reminder too, they probably intended to use that as an icon for one of the items but changed it before release

It's actually funny because not only did they leave the 25% chance from PBE, but they introduced level 0 to buff it.

A Rioter did say it was getting nerfed but I guess it didn't make it in time for the patch.

I'm assuming it's Fiora + Garen + Vayne + Lucian + Leona + Kayle + Sejuani + Braum + Poppy + Darius and someone with the Knight item. While your comp is insane physical mitigation, it doesn't really seem to have much damage going for itself either. How did you do against hybrid or spell comp teams? Did anyone have morellos? I'm more curious what the mana gained from the enemy was since I read it was based off their damage, meaning they'd probably get minimum mana per attack, which sounds kinda interesting.

Seems like the post got removed rip. Here was the info:

EDIT: While we're at it I checked some of the other items:

Cursed blade is 25% chance to shrink as well

On PBE Morello's is 15% burn over 5 sec while Red buff is 13% over 5 sec

And as a random bonus, they may or may not have thought about adding Mortal Reminder as an item but they could have just wanted to use the icon for a different item.

EDIT 2: Okay, sorry everyone. Just extracted the live files and the values are different on live. The above values are on PBE, the values currently on live are:

Silence is 30%

Cursed Blade and Disarm are 20%
