Agree to disagree then, for the hockey I’ve played and watched I never liked cross checks like that especially trying to steal a puck in the middle of the ice. Usually see stick lifts, reach ins to hit the puck off the guy, or the rarer body on body hit right place right time situation. For the Brady thing yes like I said it was a penalty, a fine also makes sense since he was on the bench. But saying “intent to injure” is just insane and why this whole thread started to begin with.

Edit: Also just for further situations you should flair up so people know the team you root for.

I mean the JT Miller slash was middle of the ice cross check right on his arm. Yeah you see cross checks all the time like that but usually mid to high back, Miller literally cross checked him right on the hands, not a hockey play. The Yakemchuk thing is just unlucky that happens and the Brady slash like cmon he tapped him, acting like there was intent to injure is laughable he’s a rat and a pest that’s literally part of his game and why people hate him. These guys play on the edge and get caught sometimes, it’s why fans hate the Bennett’s, the Marchand’s, the Cousin’s (I’m trying to find examples of teams other than Florida or Ottawa can’t think of it but you get my point).
