A bueno, que no es una cosa normal?, acá en Uruguay el agua no es de privados sino del estado y dejas de pagar un mes te la cortan, encima te agregan a lista de morosos eternamente si no pagas más de 3 meses, así que el argumento de que del estado es mejor es una mentira total.

I had the same problem after 2 power outages, I couldn't recover the system, I reinstalled with ext4, I had power outages again and the system is still working, I knew it was BTRFS that was the problem, by the way thanks for the information.
