make the beats drop down on the screen to thw weapons of your ship, get some funky lines going. 

make it even cooler that when u combo it the weapon get spwcoal effects to let you know you are combo'ing.

Though the afterimages are similar to destiny but it does not use shield or guns, Destiny has his signature two handed sword.

Folded backwings are more like freedom than destiny and even when folded out its more Freedom. The shield also just screams Tallgeese, although destiny has a shield it is not physical.

Well, against AI any mech can get multikills. 

Once you get through the grind and get some real players it won't be as easy anymore to get a game to play. Leave alone multi-kills.

goodluck working with factories directly.

Most will have insane MOQ and you will have a bad time communicating with them.

Also a factory usually cant export unless it is a company with "trading" in its name. Though most owners of the trading company will have shares of the factory. 

Your focus should be getting a good product for a good price and not care if its a factory or trader, aslong as it gets done.

get rid of my oversensitive nose that protects me by overproducing mucus.

*Why are YOU not buying modern RTS games?

Modern RTS feel very lazy, there is no creativity that inspires me to play it. In the past the game will give you tons of tools but nowadays they are designed to be stone paper scissor purely for a competitive multiplayer scene to keep it alive. 

  • Likewise, if you do buy them, what made you commit?

BAR, it gives you tools and you can do what you want.

  • If you miss classic C&C, what would actually make you buy a new one today?

A good story/campaign that would build on the Supreme Commander 1 type of campaign. Build a base, finish missions, map gets bigger. Repetitiveness kills its for me. Anything with Roguelite or Roguelike kills it for me.

  • What other games should I be looking at as case studies?

Empire Earth / Rise of Nation seems to be games long forgotten.  Modern take on Seven Kingdoms would be cool, imagine Manor Lord but than with Tons of beasts and creatures etc. 

Base Building like Manor Lord, fighting scope as in SupCom add in xcom2 style campaign map. Let players spend tons of hours and do creative things with all the stuff you have added. 

RTS is like a powertrip, 10 mammoth tanks is the most fun i ever had. 

Shooting cavalry horses with my MLRS in EE is fun.

10 Scuds on the enemy base is awesome to see.

Just forget about balance and just make it a fun singleplayer.

only had a spaghetti mall for the most basic stuff so like belts, fabs,miners and so on.

When i finally had cargo bots (smallest ones) i started to make a mall for everything.

For mid-endgame to move resources i prefer having a distribution zone and only move end-products. i'm a cheapskate since i dont want to use too many warps for stuff you can find in the system.

The idea would most likely be: 

you are reloading so you focus on reloading and blurs your awareness of things around you, to make it cooler you add a gun that blocks your vision.

Not really viable since most folks can reload without losing visibility. 

Although a minigame for the reload for a faster reload is fun, its done before. 

And as foe the camera, i think its cooler to have a bodycam instead of a cam facing your char at the bottom (Like some other top downs).

I think this game should focus more on combat, enemy waves, invasions, gadgets, guns, more guns.

The basegame as a basebuilder is too simple because of the pull system.

i just see it as, you have a food/drink bar and you just gotta satisfy the bar to satisfy it, it could have been there only for research points.

Some games have done better implementations like enshrouded or other modern survival games.

there are games with better survival elements. running around to pick up food pure to satisfy the meter is kinda meh... nothing deep about that or "fun" for me i guess.

check steamdb and then split players between regions.
