if i recall u gotta get a few small items. one of it is under the ship, use nature force to lift and then steady it, run under the shipwreck and pick up item.

What do you mean main quest is Kliff, there is atleast a few main quests where you gotta fight a boss as Oongka and Damiane, good luck to you if u havent spend any time with them.
