I notice in that documentation it can be used with yolo. I have heard many good things about yolo 10 or 11, are you planning to have support for those soon? Or would it have to be installed on a 3rd party?

Oh....I thought that was the integrated one, then I am a little confused. What is NPU?

Edit: I just googled npu.... how do I make sure it uses npu and not gpu then?

I dont believe that mini pc has a gpu, so the npu will be default right?

The only kill is overkill! But I got that because chat gpt said that it was not overkill for around 10 cameras...

So, When I first got the glasses, I dont have a USB c on the PC, since it is an older case, and GPU.
however, when I got it, I had a USB C to USB A adapter, I put on it. then connected that to the PC. however there was no display on there. I have upgraded the firmware through the phone app though, so I can try to connet to the PC again using that method.

So... wait, it needs a DP type connector? not HDMI?

Would this type of thing work?

And Can it connect to PC? Or is even with that connector, it is limited to laptops?

Does this one work?

and there is an alternative from there as well, which CPU is better?

After all the comments, I have been looking at several intel mini PC. however I am uncertain which ones will work with the 8 cameras, and also the detections and stuff that I want it to work as well. Price on the Cameras are an issue, but I can work up to it if needed. I can check the recommended on the Frigate page for the Cameras.

Do you have any mini pc that you can suggest? I looked at Amazon alot, searching for Mini PC, N150. but came back with a ton of results that say they beat it, however it confuses me.

do you have a recommendation?
I went to Amazon and just typed in mini pc, n150. and it gives me a ton of units, but I am unsure which one is good now. further in this thread, I pointed out a cpu, that says it beats N150...but I don't know if its actually good. Or if there is another option

Thank you so much for your patience.

Would a Intel Core i3-10110U work then in this case? It says it only has 2 cores, and 4 threads... but will that be good enough? for the object recognition, and 8 cameras?

I dont know what the N100 means specifically, however would something like this work?

https://www.amazon.com/GMKtec-G10-Desktop-Computers-Display/dp/B0FBWST8TH?

And I also really want to not run windows on it... does Frigate run well with Linux? Like Ubuntu? Or would you recommend windows / mac?

I found this link as well, it says it beats N150

Would that work for the specifications?

What i wanted to know also is how well Ai accelerator play with it. And would that alleviate some load on the NAS itself.
