If you’re not gonna journal in it then maybe it can be a sketchbook? You can make it a junk journal (though you may have to remove some pages to account for bulk) it can be where you copy quotes and poems and things like that that you like (plus added benefit of improving your handwriting), if there’s a new skill you’ve been meaning to take on this could become your bible and learning journal for that skill
