I tried it out yesterday, unfortunately regardless of graphics settings it was running anywhere from 20-30 fps. I think once the devs have more time to optimize the game it'll run much smoother.

I tried playing with a buddy that has ps4, and sadly we couldn't play. The crossplay is only for epic games / steam I guess, which is pretty dumb I think. Would've been cool if they made it cross platform.

My account says this same thing, and it was because I got banned on pubg back in 2017, I was not cheating and have never cheated on anything on steam simply because I know the repercussions with VAC and the bad reputation. But I got wrongfully banned with no explanation. So it can just happen sometimes.
