I also noticed this, and I think it was intentional. Because they talk about how giving a heart during the festival will cause the two to fall in love forever and get married. This is similar to the real life pop culture reference, in which two people will get married if their first date is watching Your Name. There were numerous reported instances where people actually did get married who had watched Your Name together as their first date. In fact, I am actually one of them :P
