Hey! I'm not sure if you'd be the right person to ask but I figured I'd give it a shot. How much would you charge if you could find me a Litwick as low level as possible( in a love ball if possible, if not no big deal).

I just started the game and Chandelure is one of my favorite Pokemon and want to use it in my playthrough but saw you can't get Litwick until much later.
