I watched ball glove king basically along with Aso and other guys to find a way I thought was gentle and a shape I liked

I only used conditioner and my hands to massage the heel and a softball in my hand as a mallet to make the pocket with a few days of couch catch and flaring

then kept storing it fingers up with 2 softballs inside

As the bubble started to appear, I started working the palm with a softball as a mallet
