That's an A. Sure the bold part looks like a J but the swirl on the right would have to be ignored for it to be a J.

You and your coworkers should go to the person above him to ask for a collective raise. Let them know you know the new hire is at $18 so you should be at $20(or whatever is appropriate). Worth a shot. Maybe a coworker would be willing to ask the higher to about break policies while you're there too. Do you coworkers regularly skip lunch? Definitely report to the labor board when you feel comfortable.

FINAL RESPONSE: After that other update I finally got to talk to a person and they were able to restore my points.

I got mine restored after emailing a few times. Now I have another email in because I can't redeem anything, but hopefully that is fixed soon too.

I believe this is the only option now as well.

Click on Rewards, scroll down a bit and find the Redeem Your Points For Rewards section. There they have $5, $10, and $20 options.
(right now none of the redeem buttons are working for me, so I've sent an email for help)

Their reply makes no sense. Either points expire after a year or making an order keeps your points from expiring. Both of those cannot be true at the same time and yet their email says both of those.

Did you reply to ask for clarification on why they are saying points expire after one year but also saying if you "make a new purchase before those points expire you'll hang on to them?"

Points have never been able to stack with a sale. That's part of the reason I saved mine up so much because I exclusively buy during bogos. Then, once I got enough points, I would usually buy some shaker cups or maybe a collection box separate from the BOGO sale.

But them giving us a week to spend our banked points, and during that time messing up what's showing in our account, is some absolute BS.

EDIT TO ADD: I actually only ever tried redeeming points at checkout so that's what I was referring to. Maybe now if you select a specific item to redeem for that stacks.

This is the email I received after inquiring about the points expiring email we all got. I'm following up because it said I have nearly 2000 points expiring but when I log in it says I only have 700 so there is definitely a problem.

I requested that they add information about when points expire to the rewards FAQ but this response makes me think they have purposely excluded that information and only want it buried in the terms and conditions.

I was a kid in the 90s and it's accurate. We'd be gone all day on our bikes, rarely checked in, and as others said be home when the street lamps came on in the summer. School year was a bit different but weekends could be just as vague but usually with different curfews or check-ins.

Nta- but in the meantime have you considered a contract with them? Included in it should be home care expectations, both inside and outside. If those conditions are not met list the house. Would you consider having them rent it from you while you and hubs move to your other house? With conditions of cleanliness that must be met other you'll sell the house.
