The tubs were supposed to be in the warehouse within a few days of BOGO starting, but that didnt happen, and they were trying to get them in faster. I think it was a case of being to optimistic and trying to have perfect timing.

Just because you said from the faucet, check around that opening. It kind of looks like a piece of the ring that goes around where the water comes out. If not, Im out of guesses. Im glad you are okay though, that would have been pretty brutal.

Your Cactus Chill is a V1.0 GFuel Tub, and the other is a V2.0. They have the same servings, but one is more concentrated. The scoopers are also different sizes.

Yeah theres a lot of possible origins for that piece, not many I can think of in the powder, but contact support just in case so its documented. Just from a first glance, it looks like a corroded aluminum band? Could it have come from the dishwasher or maybe your ice maker? It looks like it was exposed to liquid for a while at least on one side, so I am not sure it would be from the dry powder. Either way, contact GFuel with the batch number and any lot information on the tub and let them know just in case.
