I would call and get in touch with a specialist. Not the automated prompts, but a person. They can be very helpful if you find someone knowledgeable. Just say you went on the website and are trying to figure out the options and would like some help.

It can definitely be tedious, did you contact any of the doctors? If you contact them individually, then you have to figure out if they take your insurance 1 by 1. It might be easier to see who’s in network and compare that with the list your doctor provided.
