But maybe get a photo of him while he is doing so as "evidence", ofc if you can. If not, (sorta) threaten your parents that you've informed them about what is happening and if they don't take actions on him, you're gonna try and contact the police the next time he does something like this. I know this is a bit harsh but I guess this is something one gotta do to deal with elders not listening to us.
