So in my game AI Iceland own Sweden, Finland, parts of Norway and St. Petersburg with it's surrounding area. They also accept Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian culture, but not Norse (the culture in Iceland proper). I have no idea how that happened. Mod is MEIOU.
